SOCIAL SECURITY: A 'REFORM' ONLY WALL STREET COULD LOVE

President Bush and Congress, intent on running up the largest budget deficit in history, are telling the public that Social Security is broken and they have a swell plan to "fix" it. What they won't tell you is that it was their mismanagement of our taxpayer dollars, combined with an ill-advised tax giveaway to millionaires that depleted the reserves for human-needs programs.
