NOTHING OLD SCHOOL ABOUT THIS DJ ACADEMY --IT OFFERS SUMMER CAMP FOR THE FRESHEST TALENT
Dave Ford, Chronicle Staff Writer

Daniel Lee looks a little like an anime cartoon. His thin body is dwarfed by a large blue Billabong hoodie and baggy, knee-length nylon shorts. Black bangs hang in his eyes from beneath a white-billed cap. He almost seems to hop when he walks.

At the moment, Daniel hovers over two turntables and a mixer in a sound- recording room at DubeyTunes Studios, an audio production facility in San Francisco's South of Market district. He is preparing part of a final exam at the end an intensive, weeklong "DJ summer camp" held by the Norcal DJ and Music Production Academy.
