EXPO TO MATCH EMPLOYERS WITH BILINGUAL WORKERS

With the Arizona and national Hispanic market growing at a rapid rate, bilingual employees are becoming an important asset in order to serve Spanish-speaking consumers.
The second annual Hispanic Job Expo, set for noon to 6 p.m. July 16, at Phoenix Civic Plaza, will provide an opportunity for company recruiters and job seekers to meet.
"The Hispanic Job Expo's purpose is to assist employers in finding qualified bilingual employees," said Ray Arvizu, president and chief executive of Arvizu Advertising, which produces the expo.
