LATINO JOB FAIR IN PHILADELPHIA
The event will help local companies recruit bilingual talent and the growing Latino population of the city find employment in the local labor market (PHILADELPHIA, May 13th, 2003).- AL DIA, the Leading Hispanic Weekly Newspaper in Philadelphia, in partnership with the Latino Workforce Development Taskforce (LWDT), will be hosting the third LATINO JOB FAIR in Center City Philadelphia this coming Tuesday, May the 25th.
The city-wide event is sponsored by Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation (PWDC), and Southeastern Pennsylvania Public Transportation Authority (SEPTA).
The fair will take place on Tuesday May 25th, 2004, at the Hampton Inn, on 13th & Race Streets. from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The official opening ceremony, which will be held at 9:30 a.m., will be presided over by Councilman Juan Ramos.
